Surge Engineering developed its own design for Portable Biogas Plant. Portable Biogas Plant is a lightweight plant that is made of flexible plastic material which makes it easy to carry. The weight of the plant is around 30 kg, which makes it possible to transport to any remote area.

● Type of the plant: Conventional biogas plants are fixed type that
means it occupies specific area after installation. But PBP is
portable type so the location of PBP can be changed after installation
according to requirement.
● Installation time: Conventional Biogas Plants take around 7 days to
set up where as PBP takes only 2 hours to assemble.
● Weight: PBP is very lightweight (30 kg) whereas conventional biogas
plants weigh more than PBP.
● Easy to install, operate & maintain: PBP is easy to install, operate
& maintain in comparison to conventional biogas plants.
