Energy Modeling
Surge engineering is developing an energy-modeling dashboard which will showcase computerized simulation of a building or complex that focuses on energy consumption, utility bills and life cycle costs of a whole building as well as various energy related items such as air conditioning, lights and hot water. It will also be used to evaluate the payback of green energy solutions (such as biogas plants, solar panels and photovoltaics), and highly efficient appliances. The model will be able to provide energy demand and predictions and insights that will help engineers, developers, and owners to make better business decisions today while recognizing tomorrow’s risks as well as greatest opportunities.
